Locally owned and operated providing HVAC and indoor air quality services to residential homeowners and commercial businesses.Benefits: Medical insurance with company contributionAflac insurance options80 hours of PTO - accrual starts on 1st day of work; increases with time6 paid holidays; increase with timeIRA with up to 3% matchWhat We Provide: Daily use of company vehicleCompany phoneTrucks are cleaned, stocked, and loaded each morning by a professional warehouse associateNATE Certification training & testingBryant Factory Authorized Dealer trainingWinter and summer company clothingPower saws, refrigerant gauges & recovery tanks, torches, Hole Hawg drill, etc.Tool program to replace damaged or old toolsSpiff / bonus programWhat You Will Be Doing: Installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems90% retrofit / change out & 10% new constructionMentoring and training an apprenticeInstalling gas & electric furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, RTU's etc.Install gas piping, including hard pipe and flexible systemsRunning, brazing, and pressure testing line setsDuct work - SheetmetalLow voltage and high voltageHeavy lifting of equipment - 100lbs overhead with assistanceWhat We Are Looking For: Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record3 + years of HVAC installation experience1 year of crew lead experienceEPA Universal CertificationNATE Certifications - or obtain once hired - we trainWell-organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
