Production Associate 2nd Shift

84 Lumber is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Production Associates. This entry-level position is responsible for assembling building material components, including wood trusses, used in residential and commercial construction. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are committed to safety and quality.

Responsibilities include assembling wood trusses and building material components, reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, measuring, cutting, and positioning materials accurately, operating hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment, following all safety policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and working as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Required qualifications include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, strong attention to detail and quality, and basic communication and teamwork skills.
