Advanced Heart Failure RN - LVAD NavigatorWe are seeking an Advanced Heart Failure RN to work as an LVAD Navigator. This position involves working Monday through Friday with no weekend shifts. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the specialty. A minimum of one travel assignment is required to be considered. Requested time off is not permitted during the first two weeks of assignment. Time off must be included at the time of submittal and cannot be changed once submitted. Candidates must provide two supervisory references, including one from their most recent assignment. This role will involve direct patient care and support for complex heart failure cases. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.
