Registered Nurse, ICU

Sierra Medical Center in El Paso, TX is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit. The RN will provide evidence-based critical care to high-acuity patients, including continuous assessment, cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and complex IV medication administration. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families, documenting in the EMR, and supporting rapid responses and codes. You’ll work in a technologically advanced, patient-centered environment that promotes professional growth, safety, and clinical excellence.
