A day in the role

You arrive to a fast-moving floor where precision matters. You’ll bring equipment online, dive into troubleshooting PLC-driven controls, perform preventive maintenance, and rebuild assemblies to spec. Throughout the shift, you’ll collaborate with teammates to drive plant-wide improvements in safety, quality, and output.

What you’ll do

• Install, service, and repair production and packaging equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance and implement upgrades on machinery and electronic control systems while contributing to team-based process improvements.
• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble components to meet specifications and production requirements.
• Diagnose problems, develop options, and deliver practical, actionable fixes.
• Partner across the factory to enhance quality, safety, and productivity.

Pay and incentives

Start at $44.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn $51.76 per hour after 120 days . Earn a shift differential of $0.40/hour for B-shift and $0.48/hour for C-shift. Additional compensation may be available through our manufacturing incentive program.

What you bring

• Prior experience in an industrial and/or manufacturing environment.
• Completion of an apprenticeship, technical school, equivalent military technical training, industrial technology degree, or a journeyman’s card (preferred).
• Willingness to work any shift, plus overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
• Passion to learn, grow, and contribute on a collaborative team.
