Duties

• Prepare cases for trial and arbitration
• lead or assist trial teams
• Manage complex litigation, including discovery and motion practice.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Engage in all aspects of pre-trial discovery.
• Draft and respond to motions
• draft briefs
• Present case strategy at trials in complex class action litigation.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• admitted in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 8+ years of trial and deposition experience.
• Strong academic credentials and robust analytical, research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and thrive in a fast- paced work environment.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• preference for candidates licensed in Washington, D.C., California, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, or Illinois.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
