Certified Swing Manager

Key Responsibilities Serve as a Shift Manager, leading shifts every week. Ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. Plan shifts, monitor performance, address issues and meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate a smooth shift transition. Help departments meet target goals. As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications and Expectations Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Passion to thrive in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older.
