Step into a dynamic contract opportunity serving K-12 students for the full 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position offers 35 hours per week, balancing your expertise between assessment and itinerant physical therapy services. Work closely with a diverse student population, including opportunities to support both English- and Spanish-speaking learners. Your contributions will help shape student growth and success across multiple campuses in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current Physical Therapy license in Massachusetts (MA) required
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish highly desirable
• Comfortable managing a K-12 caseload
• Strong assessment, reporting, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet students’ unique needs
• Collaborative and flexible approach within interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy assessments to students of varying ages and abilities
• Deliver direct, itinerant PT services as outlined in student IEPs
• Balance your schedule between 50% testing and 50% direct student services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision making
