Monday to Friday, with Saturday as needed.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy interventions for patients in an acute rehabilitation unit. The candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other therapists to provide coordinated care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
