Human Resources Business Partner Manager

- Develop and implement human resources strategies and management policies to ensure that the HR management of the Moscow branch aligns with the company's strategic goals.
- Recruit for newly added or replacement positions according to the branch's development needs, ensuring timely onboarding. Additionally, manage HR processes such as training, performance evaluation, compensation, and benefits to ensure the efficient operation of the workforce.
- Handle employee relations issues, facilitate communication between employees and management, and maintain a positive working environment.
- Oversee administrative management, including office management, document management, and organizing meetings, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Formulate and enforce company regulations and policies to ensure work is standardized and compliant with legal requirements.
- Analyze and report HR data, providing decision-making support to management.
- Regularly report personnel and administrative matters to the Group's HR Director, maintaining synchronization with the headquarters.
