About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Associate Creative Director, Copy with a strong background in both art and copy disciplines. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading creative teams, training them to produce high-quality work that meets and anticipates client needs, and effectively presenting new creative and strategic ideas. This role requires a leader who can maintain team morale, take on a significant role in new business pitches, and contribute to the development of agency policies and procedures. The VP, Associate Creative Director, Copy will be the creative and strategic lead on a primary brand and a few smaller accounts, and is expected to have a substantial impact on the agency and the brand team. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' of agency experience and demonstrate advanced skills in both individual and management capacities. Key qualifications include strong presentation skills, in-depth brand, market, and agency knowledge, and the ability to navigate medical, regulatory, and legal aspects of the industry. The role also demands financial responsibility, interpersonal and leadership skills, and a strong conceptual ability. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Adobe and Microsoft Suites, and show a willingness to go above and beyond the job description to support the team, the agency, and the work.
