Certified Surg Tech - Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• BLS Certification.
• 2 years‘ experience as a certified OR tech / Surg Tech in a surgical environment.
• Experience with orthopedic and robotic-assisted procedures preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in fast-paced operating room settings, including variable start times between 0600-0800, preferred.
• Willingness to work on-call one day per week and every 4th weekend preferred.

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Hours: Days 0600-1800.
• Typical schedule: four 10-hour days with variable start times between 0600-0800.
• On-call requirement: one day per week and every 4th weekend.
• Procedural focus: Orthopedics and OR robotic-assisted cases.
