About The Role Working Hours: 2 x 35 Hours Per Week (applicant must be flexible to service demands) Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Closing Date: 03 July 2026 Interview Method: Face to Face Legal Right to Work: Applicants must have existing right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available. Driving Licence: Full clean driving licence required. DBS Clearance: Enhanced DBS check required; covered by R.O. 1975. Responsibilities Lead development and maintenance of service delivery standards. Ensure efficient processes and systems for service delivery. Maintain systems to record, share, and monitor data to identify trends and inform decision making. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and ensure compliance with specifications and Health & Safety. Safeguard working environment and resources against theft, vandalism or damage through security systems and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practice. Support management of FM contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Candidate Profile The successful candidate must demonstrate the generic behaviours and skills listed in the role profile, possess high‑profile customer service experience, and be flexible to work under pressure in a changing and conflicting environment.
