Pickup and Delivery Specialist / Porter

Description Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Centerville is hiring for Full-Time and Part‑Time Driver and Porter positions with flexible schedules. Hanging keys in the appropriate area. Cleaning the service drive when needed. Driving to customer locations to pick up vehicles scheduled for service. Safely delivering vehicles back to customers post‑service, ensuring clear communication about the service performed and any recommendations. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor while interacting with customers. Maintaining accurate records of all pickups and deliveries, including mileage and customer feedback. Ensuring the safe operation of the vehicle and reporting any maintenance or safety issues as necessary. Collaborating with the service team to manage the schedule efficiently and accommodate customer requests. Upholding Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction in every interaction. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a driving record allowing you to drive customers and company vehicles. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Previous driving experience, preferably in a customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
