Location : 12000 SE 82nd Ave, SP A211, Portland, OR 97086, United States Base Pay : $17.00 - $18.00 / Hour Job Category : Retail Employee Type : Part Time Job Overview Assistant Store Manager supporting the Lids brand, ensuring store performance, customer service, and team engagement. Key Responsibilities Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, complaints, and store operations when Store Manager absent. Manage associates via training programs, goal setting, and follow‑up. Administer disciplinary actions. Engage team, foster inclusive environment, uphold brand standards. Schedule and staff store, including peak coverage. Recruit, train personnel on store operations. Enforce company policies, inventory safekeeping, and cash handling. Execute operations‑level directives, promotions, and initiatives. Maintain merchandising, signage, store cleanliness per visual guidelines. Manage store technology, equipment, and daily audits. Handle inventory processes: receiving, transferring, pricing, counts. Organize backroom, execute visual merchandising and promotional signage. Support cash management, consistent bank drops, and audit preparedness. Open and close store following procedures. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience producing sales results while minimizing loss. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Ability to work unsupervised.
