Innovation Strategy Analyst

Kforce has a client in Smithfield, RI that is seeking an Innovation Strategy Analyst. Responsibilities: * Lead discovery sessions with client-facing teams to identify and define high-value use cases * Facilitate working sessions to capture workflows, business needs, and opportunities * Translate inputs into structured artifacts, including use cases, process flows, and opportunity summaries * Identify required content sources, dependencies, and key inputs to support use cases * Define high-level feature and capability needs, including prioritization of critical vs. iterative enhancements * Assess and articulate business impact through directional value and tradeoff analysis * Drive alignment across stakeholders by clearly framing problems, opportunities, and recommended paths forward * Support prioritization by synthesizing business need, value, and feasibility considerations * Create and maintain standardized frameworks and approaches to scale discovery and prioritization efforts * Develop clear materials to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders * Partner closely with Product teams to transition work from discovery into execution* Bachelor's degree required * 10 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, or product-related roles * Experience working across cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and client-facing organizations * Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead working sessions and engage subject matter experts effectively * Ability to synthesize diverse inputs into clear, structured outputs (use cases, workflows, summaries) * Experience documenting business needs and processes at a high level * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to assess tradeoffs and prioritize effectively * Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable inputs for product teams * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to create concise, compelling materials * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously * Skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels * Familiarity with AI concepts or emerging technologies is a plus * Experience in workplace benefits or financial services is a plus
