Product Manager

Responsibilities: Take ownership of ProAV-related projects and product line support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Act as a technical partner to the Sales Team, supporting opportunity development, customer engagement, and solution positioning. Deliver comprehensive technical support throughout the pre-sales, mid-sales, and after-sales lifecycle, including requirement analysis, proposal development, technical presentations, and post-sales issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in project bidding and tender processes, including large-scale project analysis and documentation preparation. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the team leader. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in technical positions in the surveillance industry. Strong understanding of ProAV systems, AV integration, or interactive display/whiteboard solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with Sales teams. Hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset with strong ownership. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English (written and spoken) and German. #J-18808-Ljbffr
