Clinical Services Director As Clinical Services Director, you will contribute to the company’s mission of providing quality services by managing the coordination, supervision, and delivery of clinical services across the state. You will oversee clinical staff, training, compliance, and program development. Responsibilities Manage the coordination, supervision, and delivery of clinical services statewide. Ensure all clinical staff meet licensing requirements and program descriptions necessary to deliver in‑service training while providing treatment services. Supervise clinical staff with continuous coaching, feedback, and progressive discipline; conduct performance evaluations, orientation, staff development, training, and assign caseloads. Make recommendations on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and resolve personnel problems within position responsibilities. Develop and implement a growth plan for intensive residential services and support for individuals with developmental disabilities and high‑intensity behavioral needs and/or criminal histories. Ensure individual and family psychotherapy and case management services are delivered as required; provide staff consultation on medical and psychiatric incidents. Maintain complete, organized, confidential clinical records for individuals served, meeting timelines for compliance with state regulatory requirements. Establish liaisons with consulting staff (psychiatrists, psychologists, pediatricians, etc.) through pre‑contract interviews to ensure coordinated service delivery. Develop and maintain working relationships with clients, families, funding sources, regulatory agencies, and monitor satisfaction with services. Develop and implement continuing education and comprehensive training programs for clinical staff to stay current with compliance and regulations. Ensure compliance with all federal and state licensing requirements, while internally adhering to all policies and procedures. Qualifications Master’s Degree required; Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Minimum 5 years post‑licensure experience using psychosocial assessment and psychotherapeutic methods in a hospital, clinic, or agency. Minimum 5 years in child welfare service delivery, at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. Minimum 5 years in a senior‑managerial supervisory role. Ability to provide clinical oversight with DSP‑level staff. Equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates proficiency may be substituted. Active state licensure to practice within field required. Current CPR/First Aid Certification as required by state. Demonstrated leadership, human resources, training, and public relations skills. Specialized training or prior experience treating individuals with emotional problems or developmental deficits. Knowledge/training in treating sex‑offender children and knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations. Excellent literacy, communication, and presentation skills. Understanding of statistical concepts and practical applications. Strong analytical reasoning and problem‑solving skills in variable contexts. Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance when providing transportation for clients. Benefits Full compensation and benefits package for full‑time employees.
