We are hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians for exciting opportunities with an established global manufacturer in the Sturtevant/Yorkville, WI area. These Industrial Maintenance Technician positions offer $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience and shift, with openings available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Must Haves

• 5–10+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
• Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC machining centers, lathes, grinders, and other production equipment
• Advanced troubleshooting skills involving industrial electrical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical drawings
• Experience performing major equipment repairs, machine rebuilds, installations, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex industrial manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, assembly equipment, heat treat furnaces, paint systems, and conveyors
• Identify and resolve problems involving PLCs, electrical controls, servo motors, drives, sensors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatics
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
• Assist with machine rebuilds, equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
• Perform root cause analysis, document repairs using CMMS systems, and help prevent recurring equipment failures

Nice to Haves

• Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electro-Mechanical Technology, Electrical Maintenance, or a related field
• Experience maintaining heat treat furnaces, vacuum heat treat systems, or specialized industrial equipment
• Hands-on experience with welding, fabrication, and major equipment modifications
• Experience working in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments
