Neurologist Opportunity Highlights
BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Outpatient Neurologist to join a well-established and growing neurology practice at Neurology Associates, located within Alton Memorial Hospital just 15 minutes from St. Louis, Missouri.
This is an outstanding opportunity to practice outpatient neurology with strong support, excellent earning potential, and work-life balance in a highly desirable metro-adjacent location.
Compensation & Benefits
Two-year guaranteed salary, transitioning to a productivity-based wRVU compensation model. High earning potential with transparent performance metrics. Signing bonus and relocation assistance available. Student loan repayment options + residency stipend. Claims-made malpractice insurance with tail coverage. Eligible employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Includes HSA and FSA options. Retirement plans: 401(k) with up to 6% employer match. Roth and 457(b) options. CME allowance + 5 days ATO. 4 weeks ATO + 6 holidays.
