Your responsibilities will include assisting physicians during medical procedures, managing patient interactions, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all patients.Position Details:Location: This position floats between our Lynn & West Roxbury clinics. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (M, W, F in Lynn & T, Th in West Roxbury) Compensation: $21-$25hr based on experience and qualifications Fluency in English & Spanish required Travel Training Required! 2 weeks of travel training, out of state. All expenses will be paid by us!Key Responsibilities:Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience.Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR).Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification.Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems.Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment.Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems.Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments.Leverage bilingual communication skills to support patient interactions when applicable.
