LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Edison, NJ.ResponsibilitiesConstruction SupervisionField supervision of site civil, infrastructure constructionMaintain detailed, accurate recordsPerform quantity calculationsSynthesize RFI responses, approved submittals and contract documentsCoordinate with numerous stakeholdersQualificationsDegree in Engineering, Construction Management or related fieldProfessional Engineering (PE) license or CCM preferredExperience with utility relocations, pile driving, reinforcing steel, concrete placement and site amenities.Experience working in public spacesPublic Agency experience a plusKnowledge of construction materials, methods and proceduresStrong oral and written communication skillsPhysically ability and coordination to safely maneuver around active construction siteOur Culture:We believe in the power of collaboration.
