Job Summary:

Our newly renovated facility in East Orange, New Jersey, is committed to revolutionizing care delivery, and we're seeking motivated and caring individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff

• Assist with feeding, toileting, and ambulating patients

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients

• Participate in shift report to ensure seamless communication with colleagues

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
