Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Hilo, Hawaii. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Emergency Room (ER) registered nurse position available in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role involves working in a 28-bed department that includes trauma bays, behavior health rooms, and cardiac monitor rooms. The assigned schedule is nights, with three 12-hour shifts per week, following a brief orientation period. Candidates must possess a valid Hawaii nursing license by the start of the assignment. Job Details: Schedule: Nights 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Valid Hawaii nursing license by start date, certification in Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred, no minimum experience required, candidate must be available to start on 10/26/2026 and complete the assignment by 01/25/2027 Preferred Qualifications: Experience in emergency or trauma nursing is beneficial but not mandatory Additional Information: Candidates must arrive the Thursday before the start date to attend employee health appointment on Friday.
