STS is looking for a Regional Operations Manager based in Troy, Michigan to lead operational performance across North American manufacturing locations. This role will ensure safety, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction while driving operational excellence throughout the plants. The ideal candidate should possess strong manufacturing leadership experience, a deep understanding of operational KPIs, and the ability to foster continuous improvement initiatives.
