Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 18:45 - 07:15 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Active RN license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC Must-Have: 2 years of experience as a nurse with at least 1 year of experience in an Emergency Department setting. Teamwork mentality with the ability to coach and provide feedback in real time. Flexibility to work in all areas of the Emergency Department. Description: A leading hospital is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join their Emergency Department. This facility has earned national recognition for clinical quality and safety. The department is a Level II trauma center and a comprehensive stroke center with high patient volume. Nurses will work in a dynamic environment that focuses on teamwork and patient-centered care. Patient ratios are typically 4:1, and up to 7:1 for behavioral health holds. Staffing includes techs who assist with cardiac monitoring and triage. Advanced skills are essential for providing care in this fast-paced setting. Candidates should be prepared to float within the Emergency Department as needed.
