Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a Scheduler/Dispatcher to our Auburn, ME team. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping inspections scheduled and on track at various frequencies and assisting with day-to-day operations in the inspections and service departments. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch inspections at required frequencies (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) Coordinate technician routes and daily assignments to maximize productivity Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and address scheduling needs Maintain accurate records in scheduling and service software Assist with day-to-day operations across the inspections and service departments Support technicians with paperwork, permits, and customer follow-up Track inspection deficiencies and coordinate follow-up service calls Provide general administrative support to the branch as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior scheduling, dispatching, or service coordination experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience with service management software a plus Customer-service mindset with a professional demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Demands & Work Environment Primarily office-based at our Auburn, ME location Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs Standard office environment with typical noise levels The wage for this role is $24.00 to $26.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
