Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a real difference in patient care by supporting surgical teams as an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse. This contract position calls for a dedicated RN with proven expertise in the fast-paced surgical environment. You'll play a critical role in supporting surgeons, ensuring patient safety, and providing compassionate care before, during, and after procedures.

Your responsibilities will include circulating and scrubbing during a variety of surgeries, maintaining strict aseptic technique, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform calmly under pressure are a must.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Recent experience in an Operating Room setting
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient safety and infection control protocols
• Prior contract or travel assignment experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide perioperative nursing care for patients before, during, and after surgery
• Circulate and/or scrub on surgical cases as assigned
• Prepare and maintain the surgical environment, including supplies and equipment
• Monitor and document patient status throughout procedures
• Collaborate with surgical team to support safe, successful operations
• Adhere to all facility policies and regulatory standards

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
