About the Role:

Toddlers Ink LLC in Fulton, MO is looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-K Teacher to join our team! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners during their most formative years in a warm and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for Pre-K students
• Monitor and document each child's developmental progress and milestones
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth and behavior
• Facilitate social-emotional learning, play-based activities, and school readiness skills
• Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support whole-child development

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about working with young children
• Ability to pass a background check as required by state regulations
