Family Law Attorney The Grey Legal Group, APC – Murrieta, California, United States About this position Our dynamic, fast‑growing family law firm is searching for an experienced attorney who can immediately start representing clients in and out of court. The role focuses on divorce, child custody and domestic violence matters, with an emphasis on client‑centered strategies for achieving personal and financial independence. Compensation $100,000 – $180,000 per year, salary negotiable based on experience. Benefits 401(k) PTO Health benefits Bonuses Responsibilities Represent clients in court hearings. Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgments, and orders. Consult with clients to understand needs, analyze situations, and develop strategies. Maintain and update client files. Handle division of marital assets, including real estate. Qualifications Great negotiation and communication skills in stressful and emotional settings. Hard‑working team player responsible for all aspects of a client’s case, including drafting pleadings, discovery, settlement conferences, legal research, and trial preparation. DVRO & trial experience required. Knowledge of CA discovery required. California Bar License in good standing. High levels of empathy, compassion, and client focus. Excellent Microsoft Office skills and comfort with technology.
