Senior Backend Engineer - Distributed SQL (Remote)

Affir is building a remote-first engineering organization focused on highly scalable data infrastructure for online checkout platforms. The Senior Software Engineer will architect and scale relational and distributed SQL databases, automate provisioning, backups, failover, upgrades and perform zero-downtime migrations across multi-tenant clusters. You will own the networking stack connecting services to storage on Kubernetes, tune for latency and resilience, and drive quarterly objectives while #J-18808-Ljbffr
