Lot Attendant / Customer Service Representative (URGENTLY HIRING)

Do you enjoy helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment? U-Haul is looking for friendly, dependable team members to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized lot.

Shift: Weekends are required, Mid-day and Closing Shifts

Pay: $15-$16.50 Per Hour

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with rentals, returns, and U-Haul services

• Prepare, inspect, clean, and position trucks, trailers, and equipment

• Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-ready lot

• Use mobile technology to manage rentals and inventory

• Answer customer questions and recommend products and services

• Support daily operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting

• Ability to move equipment, connect trailers, and lift supplies

• Comfortable working in an active, outdoor environment
