Clinical Manager – Home Health – Chantilly Office
100% office-based position (no exceptions)
Duties- Accountable for branch clinical outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Ensures survey readiness and successful VDH, Joint Commission, and payer audits
- Oversees infection prevention and control compliance
- Monitors clinician productivity, utilization, and case mix
- Reviews hospitalization trends and implements corrective action plans
- Ensures timely completion of OASIS assessments and documentation
- Maintains appropriate staffing levels and clinician productivity
- Oversees branch on-call operations and clinical support
- Drives staff engagement, retention, development, and performance
- Participates in budget planning and expense management
- Ensures compliance with company policies, HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory requirements
- Active Virginia RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of home health leadership experience
- Minimum 2 years as a field RN in home health (no exceptions)
- Strong knowledge of OASIS, PDGM, Medicare reimbursement, and quality measures
- Experience managing interdisciplinary clinical teams
- Strong leadership, coaching, conflict-resolution, and communication skills
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred
- Medicare Star Ratings: Outcomes and HHCAHPS
- Potentially Preventable Hospitalization Rate
- Clinician Productivity
