Job Responsibilities
- Travel to various construction sites throughout the local area
- Assist with the installation of sheet metal and ductwork for HVAC systems
- Work alongside experienced installers to learn proper installation techniques
- Measure, position, and secure sheet metal materials and ductwork
- Use hand tools and power tools to assist with installations
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment at job sites
- Follow job site safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist team members with additional installation tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
- No previous HVAC or sheet metal experience required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dependable, punctual, and able to show up consistently
- Comfortable working in a construction environment
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and climbing ladders
- Comfortable using basic hand tools or willing to learn
- Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
