Chief Philanthropy Officer - YMCA of the Palm Beaches

The YMCA of the Palm Beaches is expanding its philanthropy team and seeking a dynamic and accomplished fundraising leader to serve as our Chief Philanthropy Officer. Reporting directly to the President & CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Philanthropy Officer will lead the YMCA's philanthropic strategy in alignment with the organization’s strategic initiatives and priorities. High-level competencies should include the following: Proven strength in developing, leading, and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies Success raising seven figure gifts (eight figure gifts a plus) Experience leading capital and/or comprehensive campaigns Planned giving expertise Expert relationship-building skills Track record of taking principal and major donors from identification through solicitation Experience tracking and using data analysis to build fundraising strategy Creative, personal, and effective stewardship strategies for principal and major donors Successful team management and leadership experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Association of Fundraising Professionals
