We are seeking dependable Manufacturing Production Workers to support daily operations within a precision sheet metal fabrication facility. Employees will assist with machine operation support, material handling, assembly, hardware insertion, deburring, graining, and the movement of materials throughout the shop. • Assist with machine operation support and material handling.
• Perform assembly, hardware insertion, deburring, and graining tasks.
• Move materials throughout the shop.
• Maintain adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to perform physical labor and handle materials.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort learning machinery.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
• Reliability with a strong attendance history.

• Assembly experience.
• Deburring experience.
• Hardware insertion experience.
• Grinding or graining experience.
• Inventory experience.
• Forklift experience is beneficial but not required.
• Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mansfield, MA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
