K2 is headquartered in Highland, IN. **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Crew Leader** to oversee industrial cleaning crews on job sites including power plants, steel mills, and manufacturing facilities. The Crew Leader is responsible for leading safe, efficient, and high-quality work while serving as the primary point of contact between the crew, supervision, dispatch, project management, and the customer.
