Status: 40 hours per week

Shift: Days

Ready to make a real difference in patient care? Here's what you'll be doing:

• **Master the art of phlebotomy** – Collect blood samples with skill and confidence (at least 25% of your time), making the experience as comfortable as possible for patients
• **Keep things moving** – Process specimen orders, enter data accurately, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• **Be a testing pro** – Perform point-of-care testing and help keep our lab running smoothly
• **Logistics champion** – Transport laboratory specimens and materials safely and efficiently
• **People person** – Interact with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers with genuine courtesy and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment for everyone
• **Follow the playbook** – Work under limited supervision while adhering to established procedures and best practices

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills is required.
• A minimum of six months experience in phlebotomy is required
