Sr. Clinical Project Manager
Location: Glenn Mills, PA Duration: 12-24+ months
Must have:
- PM with 10+ years
- Pharma industry experience
- Digital transformation
- LinkedIn page
Strategic leadership: Support and execute the comprehensive digital innovation strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Innovation management: Help to identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Project oversight: Support and manage digital transformation projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Discovery, and Clinical Development, to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Stakeholder engagement: Communicate effectively with senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to advocate for digital initiatives and secure necessary resources.
Performance metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital initiatives.
Budget management: Oversee the digital innovation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective solutions.
Talent development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of digital professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
