As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and relationship-focused HVAC Sales Consultant to join our team.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will meet with residential and commercial customers to understand their heating and cooling concerns, evaluate their needs, and educate them on available HVAC solutions.

This is not about simply selling equipment. We are looking for someone who can listen to customers, build trust, explain options clearly, and help them choose the solution that makes the most sense for their home or business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with customers in their homes or businesses
• Identifying heating, cooling, and indoor comfort needs
• Educating customers on HVAC equipment, replacement options, and system designs
• Recommending solutions based on the customer's needs and budget
• Preparing and presenting options professionally
• Following up with customers throughout the decision-making process
• Maintaining strong communication and customer relationships
• Working closely with the First Rate team to provide a positive customer experience

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission

Target Annual Compensation: $100,000+

Your earning potential is supported by a growing company, established reputation, and opportunities to meet with customers who need solutions for their heating and cooling systems.

Schedule

Full-Time | 40+ Hours Per Week

Candidates must have flexibility to work evenings as customer appointments require.

• Ability to collaborate successfully with a team
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Flexibility to work evening appointments
• Positive and professional attitude
