Epic Revenue Cycle Analytics Project Manager (Direct Hire)

Revenue Cycle Analytics & Project Manager (Direct Placement – Full Time) Location & Work Arrangement: Direct placement with onsite work about one week per month and as needed. Candidate should be local to New Hampshire; travel expenses are not reimbursed. Relocation assistance is available for candidates outside the local region who are willing to commute. Responsibilities Revenue Cycle Analytics Analyze revenue cycle performance, including denials, payer performance, reimbursement trends, and contract variances. Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize Epic reporting tools, Excel, and business intelligence platforms to provide actionable insights. Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve financial and operational performance. Support revenue modeling, charge reconciliation, and financial analysis initiatives. Project Leadership Lead strategic Revenue Cycle initiatives from planning through implementation. Develop project plans, timelines, documentation, and executive updates. Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Revenue Cycle, Finance, IT, Clinical Operations, and Payer Relations. Monitor project milestones, proactively manage risks, and ensure successful delivery. Prioritize multiple initiatives while maintaining alignment with organizational goals. Process Improvement Lead operational improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA, or similar methodologies. Partner with stakeholders to redesign workflows that improve efficiency and reduce revenue leakage. Support denial reduction, reimbursement optimization, and process standardization efforts. Continuously evaluate reporting processes and recommend enhancements to improve operational performance. Data & System Optimization Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of operational and financial data. Support optimization of Epic reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms. Partner with IT to troubleshoot reporting issues and improve system functionality. Help drive adoption of data‑driven decision making throughout the Revenue Cycle organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of healthcare Revenue Cycle experience. 3–5+ years of Revenue Cycle analytics, reporting, and project management experience. Strong understanding of end‑to‑end healthcare revenue cycle operations. Experience leading cross‑functional projects from planning through execution. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience using Epic reporting tools such as Reporting Workbench and SlicerDicer. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or willingness to obtain within 12 months). Revenue Cycle certification (CRCR, CHFP, CHAM, or similar). Experience with Epic Clarity reporting. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence platforms. Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, A3 Problem Solving, or PDSA methodologies.
