They work with our providers to offer exceptional care for our patients and their families. Daily tasks including rooming patients, triage phone calls, and assisting in coordination of patient care.**Full-time 1.0 FTE – 40 hours per week****Monday to Friday / 8 hour days 8am - 5pm****Sign-on Bonus eligible for MA new hires****Qualifications:****Medical Assistant:*** High School Diploma or GED **required.*** Graduate of a certified medical assistant program or previous military training/experience that satisfies Washington state standards **required**.* Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C) through WA State DOH **required**.* Current healthcare provider CPR certification **required**.* Excellent customer service and communication skills **required**.* Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.**Certified Nursing Assistant:*** High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program or equivalent documented nursing training required.* Washington State Nursing Assistant-Certified (NA-C) is required. Health Care Provider CPR Certification also required.* One year recent experience in a health care setting involving patient contact is preferred.* Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Computer familiarity is preferred. Previous experience working with an electronic record preferred.
