Behavior Technician (Full-time/Part-time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging one-on-one therapy sessions to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Implement personalized programs to teach critical language, social, motor, play, and daily living skills.
- Cultivate a positive, interactive, and structured learning environment.
- Develop meaningful connections with clients and their families.
- Accurately document client progress and collect data.
- Work closely with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams to provide holistic support.
- Ensure continuous RBT Certification and QBS Safety-Care Training.
- Excellent Compensation: Hourly pay ranging from $17-$25.
