We’re hiring a Industrial Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Houston-area client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
Job Title: Industrial Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $18/HR
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Description of Duties: Provide excellent customer service, communicate with customers over the phone, respond to professional email inquiries, use a computer to complete daily tasks, and assist with basic measurements and calculations.
Requirements: Ability to use a computer, Ability to send professional emails, Strong verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively over the phone, Ability to read a tape measure, Ability to perform simple math, Must have knowledge of various valves, gaskets, utility, chemical and metal hoses
