A high-growth plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead the firm's marketing strategy, brand, client acquisition and growth engine. The CMO will oversee performance marketing, digital acquisition, SEO, content, analytics, intake partnership and marketing technology, translating significant marketing investment into qualified leads, signed clients and high-value cases. This executive will own marketing strategy, budget allocation, channel performance, agency and team leadership, conversion improvement, attribution and executive reporting. The role partners closely with Intake, Finance, Legal/Compliance and Information Technology and is accountable for growth, lead quality, signed-client conversion and return on marketing investment. The ideal leader has senior in-house experience in a scaled, high-volume B2C environment, with hands-on ownership of Google Ads and multi-channel performance marketing, substantial budgets, measurable acquisition targets, downstream sales or intake conversion, SEO, web conversion infrastructure, analytics and marketing technology. Experience in plaintiff-side legal services or another high-cost consumer acquisition environment is preferred. This is an on-site role in Beverly Hills or DTLA. Compensation is $300,000–$400,000 base salary plus a 10–20% bonus. A conferred master's degree from a top-100 U.S. university is required.
