Job Description:

MLee Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our client's healthcare team. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Monitor and record vital signs under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Provide assistance to healthcare professionals during medical procedures.
• Ensure a clean and safe patient environment.
• Respond promptly to patient calls and provide emotional support.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans.
• Document patient information and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• Current CNA certification in the state of South Dakota.
• CPR certification is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
