Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility for certification in one of the following: Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP preferred), Occupational Therapy, or Special Education
• Prior experience working in school settings or with K-12 students is highly valued
• Exceptional communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-focused educational practices
• Ability to adapt to virtual, hybrid, or on-site instructional models as needed

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and implement therapeutic or instructional interventions for students
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals
• Monitor and document progress, ensuring compliance with IEPs and educational standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and ongoing professional development
