- Lead a team of regulatory compliance specialists that manage the end-to-end investigation process for regulatory correspondences and Voluntary Self Disclosures (VSDs) to identify contributing factors and drive innovative, system-wide solutions
- Ensure?all investigations?identify root?causes, contributing factors,?and systemic risks impacting aircraft airworthiness?and operational compliance
- Oversee the development and submission?of formal?regulatory?responses to?agencies such as the FAA,?ensuring accuracy,?completeness, and adherence to company?and?regulatory?standards
- Work with CASS?to analyze operational?and?compliance?data to?detect trends, validate?non-compliance, and identify opportunities?for corrective and preventive?action
- Drive?implementation of?system-wide corrective actions and establish monitoring mechanisms to?ensure?sustained compliance
- Serve as the?primary?liaison with regulatory?authorities?(FAA,?DOT, TSA,?EPA) for airworthiness-related compliance matters
- Partner?cross-functionally?with?Technical?Operations, Engineering,?Quality Assurance, and?Flight?Operations to?ensure?alignment on compliance expectations and?corrective solutions
- Deliver executive-level briefings on?investigation outcomes,?risk exposure, and?compliance trends
- Promote a strong safety and?compliance culture through collaboration,?transparency,?and?continuous improvement?initiatives

Minimum Qualifications Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in aviation, engineering,?safety, or?related field (or?equivalent experience)
- Minimum?of?5 years of aviation experience with exposure to?airworthiness,?maintenance, or regulatory?compliance
- Experience supporting or managing regulatory investigations and?agency?correspondence
Preferred Qualifications Education & Prior Job Experience
- Advanced degree in aviation,?safety, engineering,?or?related field
- Familiar?with?14 CFR (Parts 91, 121, 145,?etc.)?and airworthiness regulations
- Experience with FAA regulatory processes, including?VSD?programs?and enforcement actions
- Experience?working?in unionized environments (IAM/TWU)
- FAA?Airframe & Powerplant?(A&P) License
