Parts Clerk

Angel MedFlight

SUMMARY: The Parts Clerk (Entry-Level) supports aircraft maintenance operations by performing basic receiving, stocking, issuing, and documentation tasks under the supervision of the Parts Specialist or Parts Manager. This entry-level role focuses on learning FAA parts traceability, documentation requirements, and company procedures in a Part 135 environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming parts and materials; verify quantities and paperwork
Assist with stocking parts in designated storage locations
Issue parts to maintenance personnel as directed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of parts storage areas
Assist with shelf-life monitoring and basic inventory counts
Segregate serviceable, unserviceable, and quarantined parts under supervision
Support AOG logistics and shipping as assigned
Follow company GMM/GOM and parts control procedures

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Ability to follow procedures and instructions
Interest in aviation or supply chain operations

Preferred Qualifications

Prior warehouse or inventory experience
Exposure to aviation maintenance environments
