Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Bank Teller role located at State Street in Bangor, Me. As a Bank Teller, you will provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries. You will process transactions efficiently, adhere to bank procedures, and ensure accuracy in handling cash and financial instruments. The role also involves addressing customer concerns, promoting bank products and services, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional service and professional care. Cash handling, transaction processing, and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping. Effective communication skills to assist customers with inquiries and explain financial services. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adhere to branch procedures. Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with banking software is a plus. Prior experience in banking, retail, or customer service is an asset but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus.
